We are living in pretty crazy times right now, with the majority of us cancelling our travel plans and staying home. Luckily, thanks to the internet, we can still enjoy the luxury of travel from the comfort of our couch. With the power of a Wi-Fi connection you can go on a virtual tour and visit incredible destinations all around the world such as the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal and Machu Picchu. The Eiffel tower is one of my favourite landmarks in the world. Despite having lived in Paris for 3 years I never tire of seeing this iconic monument! Going up the Eiffel Tower is definitely a major bucket list moment and now you can visit it virtually online any time you want! Enjoy a 360 degree view over Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Did you know that you can explore China’s most famous attraction online? Enjoy a virtual walk along the Great Wall of China, one of the most iconic bucket list destinations in the world, without worrying about the crowds.

5) Taj Mahal, India

Visit another wonder of the world whilst staying safely at home. The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum in the Indian city of Agra. Dating back to 1632 it is an magnificent piece of architecture and you can easily imagine that you are there thanks to Google!

Travel to Jordan and visit the ancient city of Petra whilst lying in your bed! Marvel at the iconic facade and discover one of the great wonders of the world. This virtual tour includes commentary so make sure to turn your speakers on!

6) Angkor Wat, Cambodia.

Another bucket list landmark that you can visit virtually is the incredible Angkor Wat temple complex in Cambodia. Angkor Wat is the largest religious monument in the world and one of the most iconic attractions in South East Asia.

Ever since I watched Jonny Quest as a child and he visited this unusual place I have wanted to visit Easter Island. Thanks to the power of the internet you can enjoy a virtual tour of Easter Island. Unfortunately there isn’t a 360 image to explore but there are lots of pictures and facts.
